A new force has emerged in the outdoor lutility ighting industry. Aluminous Lighting Products, a new company formed from the consolidation of Aluminum Lighting Standards (ALS) and Pole Utility Products (PUP), recently started operations with a grand launch party.

The Aluminous launch party held on Thursday, January 22, 2004, ushered in a new era in advanced lighting products for a variety of outdoor utility applications.
The party held in Concord Ontario, brought together company officials, customers, contractors and special invitees.
Apart from product presentations, catalogues, prizes and giveaways, the attendees were entertained by foot-tapping music from a live Marriacci band.
